Started a new construction in November it rained for what seemed like two months after broke ground and still finished ahead of schedule great group of guys to work with highly recommend.
We had always thought about building but assumed it would be too much work or we wouldn’t be able to afford what we wanted. Boy were we wrong. Working with Marshall and his team has been a dream come true. We immediately trusted his direction and the buildout process has been so smooth and so enjoyable and not stressful at all! His all in one approach with everything in house has cut costs and time. People are always so impressed by how fast our house is being built on Dalhousie Drive in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Marshall and his team are great to work with. Very upfront and honest about cost and timeline. They are extremely knowledgeable about the projects and what the usual things are that cause projects to go over budget. They take that information and add it into cost to try and build a budget that is correct from the beginning.
The team is great throughout the build process and checking in to make to catch any issues before they arise.
